Texas Valor offers Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) and Triple Net Lease Inspections for commercial structures. PCAs are due diligence inspections associated with commercial real estate. Results of the PCA are documented in a Property Condition Report which is sent to the inspecting party.
Commercial property and building inspections are important for clients seeking to know the material condition real estate they may be purchasing, leasing, financing or maintaining. Texas Valor follows industry accepted guidelines of the CCPIA ComSOP, a recognized standard of TREC and major lenders.
An accurate home inspection is a vital step in any real estate transaction. It protects buyers by informing them of the current material condition of the home they are about to purchase. Using the information from a detailed and accurate report can help the buyer negotiate a fair price and budget for expenses after the purchase of a home. Texas Valor Inspection Services prides itself in providing excellent inspections and reports with an attention to detail developed over many years of military service. As a veteran owned business, we take pride in service to our country and state and offer special discounts to our first responders, military veterans, educators, and healthcare workers.
As of April 1st, the Department of Homeland Security has included real estate in a list of essential services that are deemed critical to public health and safety, as well as economic and national security. Under the issued Homeland Security guidance, “residential and commercial real services” are included on a 15-page list of essential services. These cover settlement services and government offices that conduct title searches, notaries, and mortgage and recording services, as well as construction. The advisory letter was created by the Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency.
As a result of the COVID-19 event affecting us all, while we continue to offer our inspection services in the Austin and Round Rock area, we have modified our in-field procedures to act responsibly and to practice safe social distancing in light of the coronavirus outbreak. We now inspect while wearing the CDC recommended PPE and suggest minimizing direct exposure to our clients by using proper social distancing techniques. The accurate nature and simple format of our inspection reports make possible a detailed review over the phone
Texas Valor Inspection Services is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that offers bonded and insured certified Professional Home Inspections, Commercial Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), and Triple Net Lease Inspections with infrared thermography (IRT) and commercial unmanned aerial system (UAS or drone) photography and inspection services. Unlike many of the larger companies, we are not a report mill, churning out as many inspections per day as we can. We truly enjoy our work and like to spend quality time with each home in order to generate the most accurate and comprehensive inspection report possible for you, our valued customer. It is for this reason that we typically only schedule only one inspection per day and strive to deliver our reports on the very same day we inspect.
Many home inspectors only inspect roofs from the ground or at the eaves with a ladder. Others will walk your roof, but not the highest and most difficult areas. I am an FAA Certified UAS Part 107 Commercial Drone Pilot and utilize drones to provide a detailed inspection of your home’s roof with a 12 Megapixel / 4K Video camera for high definition pictures and video of even the hardest to reach areas of the roof structure.
In addition to home inspections, I provide many other drone services including, but not limited to, videography, still photography, remote visual inspection, 3D modeling, crop scouting, land mapping and survey.
Infrared Termography (thermal imaging) is an advanced, non-invasive technology that allows the home inspector to detect and share information about conditions in their homes or buildings that can’t be revealed using conventional inspection methods.
